The keycap is made with wood, grass, smoke, resin, and some magic glitter, some is hidden under the holy lake, some reflect their light like firefly fairy in daytime.
After the wooden pieces were stick together, we’ll fill up each stream with color cyan, emerald and purple resin by a very Jelly way. The the smoke will be carefully added at the end of this part, if this step failed, it would lead the whole keycap be rejected. Read more at Jelly Key

The keycap was made entirely by hand and tool. The final product may vary from the original photos but at acceptable aspect. We would love to ask you to tolerate any reasonable differents.

When should I expect to receive my order?
- Group-buy Handcrafting timeline: It usually take us around 10-60 days to product one batch of keycap, depend on the design. We state it very clear in the product description.
- Regular buy Handcrafting timeline: It takes 20 days to produce any keycap belong to this type of buying.
- Shipping timeline: depending on your location it would take around 2-4 weeks.
- We may ship it sooner or later. If there is any delay in the process, we will inform with you immediately.
What is Jelly Key return/ refund policy?
- All of our product is One on One replacement. So please contact us if you feel need to. As long as it is a win-win solution, we are happy to replace you with a new one.
- We do ask for returning the replaced keycap, an we will cover your shipping cost
- Within 5 days after the GB closed, feel free to contact us and get your refund. After that time, please contact us if you feel really need to.
- Replacement timeline: depends, we will discuss about that one to one with you.
- Side note: We are a small studio with many one off product, we won't able to sell it if you cancel your order in the last minutes.
